Soulseek is the peer to peer program for underground music, especially electronic stuff.
There's even a Mac client for it.
The once-mighty Hyperreal has been dormant for a couple years now, but it's still a good source for history.
Buzzoutroom is another great downtempo net radio station.
OEM Radio plays chill electronics in 128K stereo, with no pesky nu jazz.
